To book an appointment with a clinician, please click 'Submit a new request' which is in the green box just below this message.
Fill in your details and submit the request, which goes immediately to the surgery where it will be looked at by a clinician who will decide the best course of action for you and respond in a timely fashion.
This information will be completed for every request (by a receptionist if you're unable to do it) and will be regardless of whether you complete online, telephone or call in and every method of contact will be treated equally.
The response from patients has been quite favourable so far, but if you haven't specified a time when you're unable to take a call, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU'RE ABLE TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE as you may be offered an appointment on the same day or sent a link to book an appointment to suit you.
