Just a little reminder to check and make sure you request your prescriptions early so that you don't run out of medication over the Xmas break.

Fill in your details and submit the request, which goes immediately to the surgery where it will be looked at by a clinician who will decide the best course of action for you and respond in a timely fashion.
The response from patients has been quite favourable so far, but if you haven't specified a time when you're unable to take a call, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU'RE ABLE TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE as you may be offered an appointment on the same day or sent a link to book an appointment to suit you.
