We have now completed our transition to the new computer system, SystmOne.
We appreciate that there have been significant difficulties for our patients, particularly in terms of ordering prescriptions and getting through to the surgery via our telephones and we have been grateful for your patience.
We have had additional issues with both staffing (which was worsened through COVID related illness) and our telephone systems (including technical issues with the call handling) but the staffing situation has improved and we’re steadily working our way through all the other problems we’ve had, and ask that you bear with us for a little longer as we put new procedures in place. We have been in consultation with our phone provider and have sought assistance from the CCG.
