Telephone Access

Message to all patients:

We are aware that access via telephones has been difficult recently, this has been due to an increase in patients needing our services and at times short staffing.

We are currently recruiting additional receptionists which we hope will help to improve the situation.

We have also asked our telecoms provider if we can allow more patients to queue on the telephone, as we are aware that patients are being cut off when the queues are at max capacity, which is understandably frustrating for service users.

We currently have a number of staff off work self-isolating so please continue to be patient with us whilst we work through these difficult times.

Please only call us to book appointments.

Prescriptions can be requested online via patient access or by sending an email to [email protected] or these can be posted at reception.

For general enquires you can submit an enquiry through the chat form on our website, we aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
