No more waiting in a telephone queue, outside, or at the desk, you can now request your appointment online at your convenience.
If you need an appointment or service from the practice, you can now contact us online above (or using the NHS app). We will ask for details of your symptoms and request which will be passed to the GP led triage team, who will contact you a little later to assist. We will still accept telephone or drop in requests but there will be no advantage to doing this for GP and other acute appointments as we will not be making appointments until later when your request has been triaged.
However you contact us, the same information will be requested to ensure fairness and give priority to those that clinically need it. For your convenience we recommend using the online form if you can.
Please be as specific & detailed as possible regarding your symptoms, your concerns, how long you have had the issue for, & PLEASE ATTACH PHOTOS at the time for any kind of visible symptoms (as long as not in a sensitive/intimate area).
We may contact you on your mobile with appointment booking links or other assistance as an alternative to calling, so please check you telephone regularly until you hear from us.
Please do not submit forms whilst you are on holiday outside England, you will need to seek help locally. Please do not follow up a submitted request with a phone call to us, unless you have not heard from us by 5pm (unless you have submitted your form late in the day, & then only call at 6pm if we have not been in touch).
