Alert: 2026 -Onwards and upwards

Here we are, almost at the end of January 2026, the days are getting a little longer and spring is hopefully approaching.

Thank you to those who've taken the time to comment on our Triage system. The comments are all anonymous so we can't answer them individually, but we're constantly tweaking how we work - the new system is very demanding in terms of the doctors' time and the volume of calls is huge, but we hope that the numbers may settle down one of these days...!

PATIENT TRIAGE SYSTEM
To book an appointment with a clinician, please click 'Submit a new request' which is in the green box just below this message.
Fill in your details and submit the request, which goes immediately to the surgery where it will be looked at by a clinician who will decide the best course of action for you and respond in a timely fashion.
The response from patients has been quite favourable so far, but if you haven't specified a time when you're unable to take a call, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU'RE ABLE TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE as you may be offered an appointment on the same day or sent a link to book an appointment to suit you.
Thank you for your continued support.
